If you were following my plan to a tee you’re probably reaching the point where you are getting bored of eating the same thing. It was important in week one to help you keep on track but now that you are past the risky days it’s time to expand your palette a bit!

Keto cooking can be incredible

There are so many amazing recipes out there that imitate the foods you used to eat without sacrificing on taste. Here we will be taking a look at some of my favorite keto friendly recipes and even some keto desserts! It’s about time you had a taste of the amazing side of keto.

Pictured above this is one of the most amazing discoveries of mine, it’s basically a bread substitute that’s 100% keto friendly. Made using almond flour, mozza and some other ingredients it comes out with a texture and taste that mirrors bread but I personally like it more now!

There are also variations that use this same type of dough make-up to craft a pizza instead <3. This definitely helps with cravings, while I don’t make this stuff all the time as I am sticking to a pretty doglike diet as discussed before, I do realize not everyone wants to eat the same thing everyday and you guys deserve a treat for making it this far!

Cinnamon "Sugar" Muffin

Yeah you read that title right, this one almost doesn’t even seem fair but damn is it delicious! Honestly I was blown away when I saw this recipe and had to try it fuck it was good. It’s not an everyday thing, but boy when you do whip out the baking tools and make a batch of these you wont regret it!

Bruh, I know that was my reaction too! These things are way to good, and as the recipe says you can serve them to non-keto people and they won’t even be able to tell the difference. Truly a snack crafted by the gods.

That was Day 10, I figured you deserved a little tasty treat for making it all the way here ! Tomorrow we will be spotlighting some of the biggest keto transformations a bit of half-way-there-motivation.
